This policy explains how GOLD DOG BULLION collects, uses, stores and discloses information through golddogbullion.com and connected sales channels, including eBay.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company, product interests, requested quantities, inquiry details, transaction information and communications. Our private dealer and inventory tools may also contain product photos, acquisition and sales records, customer or supplier information, shipping or fulfillment details and internal notes.

When an authorized seller connects an eBay account, we may receive and store information needed to operate that sales channel, such as account identifiers, authorization tokens, listings, inventory quantities, business policies, orders, fulfillment status and marketplace user identifiers included in required account-deletion notifications.

How we use information

• Maintain inventory, listings, orders, fulfillment and accounting records.
• Publish and synchronize authorized products with eBay.
• Protect the website, investigate errors or misuse, and prevent fraud.

Sharing and disclosure

Collector Want List requests are stored privately with the collecting criteria and contact details you provide. Optional match emails require an affirmative opt-in and email confirmation. You can stop those emails using the stop-alerts link in an alert, or contact us to update or remove a request. Automated matches are suggestions for review, not guarantees of grade, authenticity, price or availability.

We collect first-party website activity counts, including page and category views, inventory filters, product views, eBay link clicks and successful form submissions. To estimate unique visitors and reduce obvious automated traffic, the website creates a shortened one-way identifier derived from technical connection information and a private server secret. The activity record does not store the underlying raw IP address, email address, form message, advertising identifier or a public tracking cookie. Separate hosting security logs may contain technical connection information.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure and operate the website; to eBay when using its authorized marketplace services; to shipping, payment or professional-service providers involved in a requested transaction; or when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or property.

eBay authorization and account deletion

eBay seller authorization is handled by eBay. GOLD DOG BULLION does not receive the seller's eBay password. Authorization tokens are treated as confidential and used only to provide approved marketplace functions. If eBay notifies us that a marketplace user has requested account deletion, we will delete or de-identify covered marketplace data unless retention is required for a specific legal, tax, fraud-prevention, collections or other documented obligation.

Cookies and third-party content

The private dashboard uses an essential session cookie for authentication and security. The public website may load third-party content, such as market-reference imagery from Kitco; a third party may receive technical information such as an IP address and browser details when that content loads. Third-party services apply their own privacy terms.

Retention and security

Website activity records are automatically limited to approximately 90 days. Other information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including transaction, tax, dispute and security requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect stored information, including access controls and encrypted storage for eBay credentials and tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with you. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary to complete a transaction, resolve a dispute, maintain security or enforce an agreement. You may also revoke GOLD DOG BULLION's eBay authorization through your eBay account settings.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
